This program provides Family Protection Plan members with the following comprehensive services, which have proven to be effective in managing personal issues with various levels of care:

24-Hour Member Advocate Line
All telephone inquiries from members and eligible family members will be answered directly by our Member Advocate Team, which consists of master’s-level clinicians who have specialized training in phone-based assessment and consultation.
The Member Advocate Team is always available, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Member Advocates receive calls and determine callers’ needs. They provide guidance, personal consultation, and, when appropriate, send personalized resource materials that target your specific needs. Member Advocates also maintain a database of local community resources and will facilitate referrals to these resources as needed.
Member Advocates provide consultation for clinical issues. Even clinical issues, in most cases, can be managed quickly and effectively through personal consultation services. These services include unlimited phone consultations, the development of personal wellness plans, and follow-up contacts to offer ongoing support.
Eligible Family Members
Include the plan member, plan member’s spouse or domestic partner, dependent children who are under the age of 25 and any dependent individuals living in the plan member’s home such as a parent or grandparent.
t a cost of $168.00 per year, the Family Protection Plan is a benefit your family cannot afford to be without. Credit card customers can schedule three consecutive monthly payments of $56.00 or 12 payments of $14.00.
