Simply enroll online anytime, and you will be accepted regardless of your age or pre-existing conditions. Orders received between the 1st and 14th of the month will be effective as of the 15th. Orders received between the 15th and 30th of the month will be effective as of the 1st of the following month. To locate a provider in your area use the Provider Services Directory. A membership card will arrive by mail in 7-10 business days. Once you receive the membership card, you can make an appointment, and show your card and the confirmation when you arrive at the provider's office.
